This mirror is handcrafted by artisans using basic hand tools. Due to the nature of this creative process, you can expect to find variations in their finish and color. Imperfections like uneven planks, knots, warping, cracks, splits, holes, discoloration, dents, scratches, wood repairs, etc. are normal and considered enhancements to the nature of our collection.

Shipping Policy:

Item will be shipped by freight carrier and will be delivered curbside. The freight carrier will unload the crate from the truck to the ground. The freight carrier will not deliver indoors. Customer is responsible for unpacking the items and bringing them into their home.

White-Glove service is available for an extra charge. This service includes unpacking the item, moving the piece inside the customer’s home, setting up, and hauling away the packing materials. Customer must request white-glove service at the time of purchase as it must be scheduled prior to shipping.

Please unpack the items in front of the driver and note any damage on the delivery document. Please save packaging material, take pictures of the damage, and contact us immediately at (281) 579-3858 for further instructions. All items are insured and Far Pavilions will be unable to take any liability for damages unless it is reported at the time of delivery.
