Shipping Policy:

Item will be shipped by freight carrier and will be delivered curbside. Freight carrier will unload the crate from the truck to the ground. Freight carrier will not deliver indoors. Customer is responsible for unpacking the items and bringing it into their home.

White Glove service is available for an extra charge. This service includes unpacking the item, moving the piece inside customer’s home, setting up and hauling away the packing materials. Customer must request white glove service at the time of purchase as it must be scheduled prior to shipping.

Please unpack the items in front of the driver and note any damage on the delivery document. Please save packaging material, take pictures of damage and contact us immediately at (281) 579-3858 for further instructions. All items are insured and we will be unable to take any liability for damages unless it is reported at the time of delivery.
